This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It covers the website only. How Mode Psychiatry protects your health information as a patient is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information you give us
The website has no accounts and no forms. If you email or call us, we receive what you send: your name, contact details and anything you write. Please do not send detailed health information by email — it is not a secure channel. Once you are a patient, use the patient portal for anything clinical.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information for marketing. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the fonts are requested; Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
Cookies
The website itself sets no cookies. If we add visitor statistics in the future, we will use a service that does not use cookies or track individuals, and we will update this page.
Online scheduling and the patient portal
Appointment booking and intake forms are handled by a separate, HIPAA-compliant practice-management service. Information you enter there is governed by that service's terms and by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Children
This website is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
